Hi, I’m Kathleen Quinlan, LMT, and Life Coach, and I’m excited that you are ready to change your life. I have worked in the massage therapy industry for years, learning as much as I can from energy therapies to sports massage.
Even though I saw amazing transformations in clients after bodywork sessions, they would return to the next session with different ailments. Hmmm, what’s the missing key? Well, they weren’t changing anything in their daily life! Even though I suggested stretches and exercises for them to do, there was no accountability. Or, clients were dealing with painful past emotional experiences that had never been released. This all led to pain and patterns setting up in the body. I wanted more for my clients!!

What is Life Coaching? Life Coaching is a program where we identify goals and create an action plan to achieve those goals. During a session with Kathleen Quinlan, she will work one-on-one with YOU. Shwe will be guiding you through each step. No two programs are the same, as each goal and individual are different. We will be tackling that ONE THING that you have been putting off or procrastinating for way too long.
Life Coach Kathleen Quinlan, LMT, will be your mentor, cheerleader, and accountability partner. Using writing as a therapeutic tool plus individual sessions, you will learn the cause of blockages in your life, and MOVE PAST BLOCKAGES. What would your life be like if you finally achieved a life goal? Is it anxiety, weight loss, starting exercise, relationship problems, or addiction?
